Shipping & Returns
At Shop Sherdog we want you to be totally happy with everything you purchase from us but if for any reason a product does not meet your expectations*, simply return the item(s) to us in its original packaging and unused condition (tags still attached) within 30 days of the despatch date and we will provide you with a product exchange, credit or refund.
Shipping is non-refundable. All additional shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer and are to be paid by the customer prior to re-shipment. We advise that customers send returns via an insured service where a signature is required on delivery. It is the customers’ responsibility to securely return items to us and no refund/exchange can be made if we do not receive your return.
Please Note: If you receive free shipping on your order and you return all item/s from that order for a refund the standard postage cost of £3.95 will be deducted from the total of the refund.
Sale & Discounted Items
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds on sale/discounted items unless the goods are faulty. We can however offer you an exchange for a product/s of the same value or more with any difference in price to be paid by the customer.
If you suspect any item/s you receive is faulty please return it to us immediately. Unlike some companies we will not insist that you have to wait until the matter has been resolved with the product manufacturer. You are our customer and you should not be made to endure that process. Once we receive the item, we will provisionally inspect the item upon receipt to confirm your complaint. Where possible an exact replacemnt will be provided, only when an exact replacment cannot be provided will a refund be granted.

Important - Please Read
Please include in your return a cover note along with your customer/order I.D. or simply provide a copy of the original packing slip. It is very helpful to us if you indicate what the problem is and whether you require an exchange, credit or refund.
Items received after 30 days or items that are not returned in the original condition and packaging cannot be refunded/credited/posted back to the customer. In the event that we do receive an un-returnable item/s we will attempt to contact you to offer you the option of paying for us to ship the product back to you.
Please note: It is not our responsibility to contact you.
*We DO NOT accept returns for DVD's, books, groin guards, Mouthguards or underwear unless the item/s is faulty.
All eligible returns will be processed within 7 days of receipt.
